Pegram Street
This charming 1910 mill house in Villa Heights, walking distance to the new light rail station, was re-built wall by wall and foundation to roof. We felt this house had too much history to be torn down. Its revitalization would tell the story of the transformation of the entire Villa Heights neighborhood.
This practically new home features an all new kitchen with 10' floor to ceiling cabinets, Quartz countertops and, the showpiece, an 8' x 6' kitchen island/table combo. This amazing island was built by hand on site.
The bathrooms are all brand new and the beautiful hardwood floors were designed by the new homeowners themselves! Last but not least the new 500 sq. ft. master en suite makes this a house a home that will last a lifetime.
